Passionate about the world of businesses, Nathalie loves to study, explore and discover the keys to improve productivity and performance with a novel approach, focusing on reclaiming teams’ commitment. Convinced that economic results and well-being in the workplace are convergent, she truly believes that this new emerging organization model will focus especially on the Person. By shedding light upon all the experiences that already work, Nathalie likes to figure out how they made it and to draw essential learnings. As there is no “one size fits all” tool or solution, her ambition is to support organizations in their transformational path, helping them to find out what approach, tool or technique best suit their needs and will make their process of positive change a success.

A wide and diverse professional experience has taught her the value of field’s reality and knowledge, so Nathalie rather favors practical tools focusing on micro-action that generates maximum impact. In her design of learning experiences, she cares for each one’s own development path, respecting different paces and level of autonomy. The techniques of collective intelligence, maieutics, professional co-development, graphic facilitation, design thinking, learning through games, systemic thinking have completed her initial education providing her tools to co-create original experiences.

In her interventions, Nathalie likes to call upon the best professionals to co-create unique experiences. She also likes to merge approaches, methodologies and tools to invite her clients to discover their own way of doing things differently.

Nathalie collaborates with related organizations and belongs to several international and local networks as Six Seconds (Emotional
Intelligence), Art of Hosting, Art of Online Hosting, SOL (Society for Organizational Learning), Horsedream, etc. They bring her
the opportunity to contrast ideas, to share and nuance perspectives, to enrich her practice and update with the latest news and trends.
She also regularly collaborates with several French networks, specialized in Managerial Innovation, an activity that she combines
with the development of her project The Management Evolution in Spain.
